Men's Co-Runners of the Week

 Anass Essayi, South Carolina

Essati, turned in the second-fastest mile in collegiate history at the David Hemery Valentine Invite. The Morocco native registered a time of 3:50.46, besting his previous school record by just under seven seconds. In addition to shattering his own program record, Essayi recorded the fastest mile in the NCAA this season by 1.44 seconds and the second-fastest mile in the world this season.

 Dylan Jacobs, Tennessee

Jacobs, ran the second-fastest 3k in collegiate history Saturday evening at the 115th Millrose Games in New York City, finishing with a time of 7:36.89 that was just 0.47 seconds shy of the all-time collegiate standard. Jacobs set a school record, SEC record and his second all-time top 10 performance after running the No. 3 5k in collegiate history with a time of 13:11.01 at the Boston University Terrier Classic on Jan. 27.

Men's Co-Field Athletes of the Week

 Ushan Perera, Texas A&M

Perera, cleared 7-4.5/2.25m to win the high jump competition at the Tiger Paw Invitational. Perera topped national leader, Trey Allen of Louisville, in a jump-off. His clearance is the best in the SEC and the second highest jump in the NCAA this season. Perera equaled the Texas A&M school record set by Jimmy Howard in 1981.

 Cameron Crump, Mississippi State

Crump, registered a first-place mark of 8.21m (26-11.25) in the long jump, which set a new school record and facility record. His mark currently ranks second nationally and first in the SEC following his performance in Clemson this past weekend.

Men's Freshman of the Week

 Tarik Robinson-O'Hagan, Ole Miss

Robinson-O'Hagan, broke his own school record in the weight throw four different times at the Music City Challenge, finishing fourth in one of the best fields on the planet at a three-foot PR of 23.05m/75-07.50. His mark ranks No. 3 in the NCAA, No. 2 in the SEC and No. 1 among all NCAA freshmen by more than three feet.

Women's Co-Runners of the Week

Favour Ofili, LSU

Ofili, ran the second-fastest 200m time in collegiate history at the Tyson Invitational. Her time of 22.36 was a meet record, facility record, African record, national lead and world lead. She also ran a personal-best time of 7.15 in the 60m, which ties the fifth-fastest time in school history.

 Michaela Rose, LSU

Rose, ran the third-fastest 800m time in collegiate history at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. She placed first in the race in a field of 248 runners with a time of 2:00.18, erasing her previous school record. Rose has run a PR in all four meets competed in so far this season.

Women's Field Athletes of the Week

 Lamara Distin, Texas A&M

Distin, won the high jump competition at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational, clearing 6-5.5/1.97m to top her school record set last week. Her clearance is also the national lead, the Clemson Indoor Track & Field Complex facility record, a Jamaican record, the No. 3 mark in NCAA history and the No. 5 mark in the world this year.

 Autumn Wilson, Georgia

Wilson, recorded a pair of NCAA top-20 times last weekend at the Tiger Paw Invite. She advanced to the 60m semifinal and ran the third-fastest time in school history/third-fastest time for a freshman nationally to take seventh and qualify for the final. Wilson returned in the 200m and her 23.08 shot to second in the school record books and made her the No. 2 freshman nationally in the event.
